Neenah Soccer Club Hires Two New Coaches

Neenah Soccer Club is pleased to announce that Sean Breitzman and John Pendergast have joined the Neenah Soccer Club family; Breitzman will serve as the U11-U13 Classic Master coach, and Pendergast will be the U8-U10 Academy Master Coach and U10 Recreational Program Master Coach.

Breitzman grew up playing soccer in the Fox Valley, and has been coaching for the past 18 years. He began his coaching career with a U4 Appleton Park and Rec Team, and moved on to coach Academy, Classic, High School and Collegiate teams. Coach Breitzman holds a USSF National “B” License, and currently serves as the Varsity Coach for Appleton North Boys soccer and as East Central Soccer Division’s Academy Commissioner.

Pendergast is an Appleton native and veteran of the United States Marine Corps, who has been involved with Neenah Soccer Club since 2017 and serves as co-owner and operator of Wisconsin Academy of Sports (WAS), a facility in Appleton offering year-round soccer skills and conditioning training. Coach Pendergast is excited to continue his work with Neenah Soccer Club’s Academy program in this new role.

“We are very excited about these additions,” said Jamie Kutchek, Neenah Soccer Club Vice President-Business. “Both coaches bring great knowledge and experience, but more importantly, passion to teach players in a way that develops their own passion for soccer.”

Breitzman and Pendergast will begin their work with Neenah Soccer Club on April 1, 2019.
