Stay home if you are not feeling well or if you have been asked to quarantine for being a close contact of a COVID-positive individual.
Take your temperature and do a self-check for symptoms before participating in club activities.
Let your parent/coach know if you are not feeling well.
Wear your mask when you're on the sidelines at games, and at other times when you cannot be six feet away from others. While they are not required during games and practices, please use your judgement.
Do not touch or share anyone else’s equipment, water, food or bags.
Practice social distancing; Place bags and equipment at least 6 feet apart.
Wash and sanitize all equipment before and after every training.
Please do not practice group celebrations (like high 5s, hugs, handshakes, fist bumps, etc.).
