For the 2020-21 soccer season NSC has added new soccer coaches to its Classic Age Groups Coaching Staff. 

• Stephen Mariahazy will be part of the U11Boys Age Group - Stephen has a soccer E License, has over 10 years of youth coaching experience with youth players, coached Classic U11 to U13 boys and girls for 5 years. We are incredibly happy to have Stephen as part of NSC Coaching Staff!

• Kevin Baetke will be part of U12Boys Age Group - Kevin has 13 years of coaching at Oshkosh North Varsity Boys’ Soccer. He played from age 8 through freshman year of college (UW-Oshkosh), has 4 years’ experience as a starter on HS varsity squad making multiple appearances at State. He also played 5 years of men’s league.

• Brad Rasmussen will be part of the U14Girls Age Group - Brad Rasmussen has a USSF D license and is continually looking to improve his coaching ability.  He has attended an Adult Residential Camp in Alexandria, VA for several years that is led by former professional players, UEFA "A" and USSF "A" licensed coaches and World Cup Winners (Jill Ellis and Linda Hamilton).  Brad has coached both boys and girls from U8 to U18 and has been coaching for 10+ years. 
   

Also, all Classic Age Groups and Coaches will have the NSC Coaching Staff overseeing, coaching, and assisting them during practices and games:

• Sean Breitzman will lead U11 to U14 Girls Age Groups - Sean has an USSF B License, played recreational, classic youth, high school and Division III Men's (Lawrence University) soccer, has been coaching soccer since he was sixteen years old, including several youth club teams and high schools, is a former New United Academy Director, is the current EC Soccer District Academy Commissioner, and also a Wisconsin O.D.P. coach. He has been with Neenah Soccer Club as a Master Coach since 2019.
• John Pendergast will lead U11 and U12 Boys Age Groups - John has an USSF D License, is a Wisconsin O.D.P. coach, has coached for Neenah Soccer Club since 2017 and has been the Academy Master Coach since 2018. Also, he develops/trains athletes in the DEVO program.
• Ben Paulson will assist U11 to U14 Age Groups - Ben has an USSF D License in soccer, played competitive soccer for NSC, has 9 years coaching experience for NSC and Mayso in Bradenton FL, and has been an NSC MC since April 2019.
• Cesar Rizzo (Club’s D.O.C.) will lead the U13 and U14 Boys Age Groups
   

The Club’s Director of Coaching; Cesar Rizzo, will be also leading a new soccer program for Girls and Boys High School Age Groups

• Cesar is a Brazilian professional soccer coach with USSF B License and a Brazilian B License, is a former Director of Coaching for Old Dominion Soccer Club (2008-2014, Virginia Beach, VA), coached U-23 PDL and W-League teams for 3 years, coached high school boys and girls for 5 years in Virginia Beach and was also part of Virginia O.D.P. coaching staff. For several years he played soccer for Brazilian youth and professional soccer teams and, finally, coached youth and professional soccer teams in Brazil for over 15+ years.
• Also, all HS Age Group Coaches have D Soccer License, or above!
   

Plus, NSC also has a Vice President of Soccer to command and oversee all soccer activities for the club.

• Lars Nordang, Neenah SC Vice President of Soccer - Lars is currently the Neenah HS Girls Varsity soccer coach with USSF C License and has held multiple positions within NSC. He coached high school JV boys for 15 years at NHS. Lars grew up playing soccer in Norway, has coached in South Dakota, Illinois, and Wisconsin since college.
